  • While you’re on the road, Milawa bakery and the Milawa cheese factory make the perfect place to stop for lunch and some handmade cheese for later.

  • Hoff Hutt Hotham is a recently refurbished, historical hut situated on Mount Hotham. Here you can ski-in for breathtaking views and warm, hearty soups, local bread and some of the region’s finest craft beer and wine.

  • Voted Best Regional Pub in Victoria in 2017, The Wandi Pub in Wandiligong is just a short 10 minute drive from Bright and offers delicious pub meals and craft beers.

  • Bright brewery is situated in the heart of town on the banks of the Ovens River, Bright Brewery is a great spot to unwind with an award-winning craft beer, after a big day of activity.

  • If wineries are more your thing, check out Feathertop Winery (Porepunkah) or Brown Brothers (Milawa) and don’t forget to purchase a bottle or two from the cellar door, so you can reminisce once your trip is over!

  • The best place for a coffee in the region is Sixpence Coffee Roasters in Bright and Coffee Chakra in Myrtleford.
